Quick service, tasty food and fantastic prices. We had burgers, fries and drinks. The portion sizes were sufficient, the food was hot and fresh, the dining area was nice, new and comfortable. We enjoyed our dine-in meal for Sunday lunch. If you are in a hurry, this is a good place to get a quick bite.
My 1st visit and was very happy. Truck parking is available for up to 5 also. ONLY employees are parking in customer areas they need to park in back of the 2 I saw both were young and able, no excuse except for being lazy.
Great service and friendly staff! Menu prices beat any other fast food chains on the road right now. We’ll be back en route to the beach every time!
So it was my first time going to @Jack's and it was really good! The food was tasty and the service was decent.
I went through the drive-through, and ordering was ok. I get to the window and very rude. Hardly paid attention to me was to buy talking to another lady there. I ordered a crispy chicken salad. It should have just been a regular salad, hardly no chicken on it, and 1 piece of bacon. I also ordered a milk shake, and it was like milk. And the girl handed it to me top wasn't on good I ended up with it in my car, all over me and it was even running down the outside of my door where it came open. I was just so disgusted. This isn't the only time they have been rude at the window. I did go inside once totally disgusting, the service was none they were all to busy talking to each other and complaining about their job.
Terrific fries that actually taste like potatoes. The Patty Melt was good too, and enjoyed the very large unsweetened tea for quite a while on the next stretch of road (until we had to find a restroom, tee hee).
Incredible staff! Super friendly & when my daughter ordered chocolate milk, they made it for her even though it wasn't on the menu! This was huge because it could have caused a meltdown that would have lasted hrs & they helped us avoid that & made my little girls day! Great place to eat!!
I have never ate at a Jacks Family Restaurant. I had never heard of one either. But on the way through Alabama, we saw one and stopped to eat. The bathrooms were super clean. The staff greeted us as we walked in. Seemed very friendly. The staff also didn't act like it was a burden to be at work. We had chicken fingers, burgers, and fries. THE FRIES ARE THE BEST! I'm not kidding, they taste really good. So, if you're passing through, stop and eat at Jack's Family Restaurant.
